Senior Development Officer
As the Senior Development Officer I am responsible for carrying out or overseeing the tasks identified in the Service Level Agreement. In addition to carrying out consultation events around the borough on health or social care topics for the Local Authority and Primary Care Trust I represent the CHCF on, amongst others Health Scrutiny, Health Partnership and the PCPI.
As Admin Officer I carry out a vast range of duties including: - dealing with the incoming post, typing reports, taking minutes, booking venues, catering and transport for events, book-keeping and petty cash. I have also designed our letterheads and compliment slips as well as designing leaflets etc on an on-going basis. I have also developed our 1020 person database which requires regular updating. On all topics covered at our forums and for new projects undertaken I ensure that an evidence file is put together for future reference.
